You Don’t Need Coffee
Sure, you may want to pick up a coffee on your way to work and this is completely normal. If you don’t need a coffee to stay awake however then this is a sign that you are certainly in the right job. Your energy will probably come from the fact that you are excited about what you have to do in the day and you will probably be running on adrenaline regarding the day ahead. This is a good thing because it means that you are focused and it also means that you are driven. If you need that cup of coffee to get you through the day however then this is a sign that things are not as good as they could be so you may want to start looking out for another position. If you are able to push yourself and even challenge yourself on a day to day basis then you will be working in an organisation that doesn’t punish you for every single mistake that you make. In fact, it is rather hard to find organisations like this so you are probably really lucky. It is good to be able to push yourself to take new risks and it is also good to push your limits so you can go that extra mile as well. If you are not able to do this then you will never be able to progress in your position.
